## 🏆 World Cup Matches 6v6 - Official Regulations

### ⚽ Pitch & Format



- 🌱 **Surface:** All matches are played on high-quality artificial turf pitches (kunstgress).
- 📐 **Field Size:** Played on quarter football fields.
- 👥 **Format:** 6 against 6 (5 outfield players + 1 goalkeeper).
- 👩 **Inclusivity:** Women are more than welcome to play! It is however not a mandatory requirement to have a female player in the line-up.
- 🔄 **Substitutions:** On-the-fly substitutions! Changes may be made continuously without stopping the game.



### ⏱️ Match Timing & Attendance



- ⏱️ **Duration:** Matches last exactly 2 x 25 minutes.
- 🚨 **Signals:** A start and final signal is indicated centrally. The referee will follow this signal. The next match can start immediately as determined by the referee.
- ⏰ **Punctuality:** If a team does not show up, or arrives more than 5 minutes late at the pitch, a **5 – 0 defeat** will be automatically awarded.



### 🛡️ In-Game Rules & Set Pieces



- 🧤 **Goalkeeper Area:** There are no specific goal areas marked. The goalkeeper is allowed to handle the ball within approximately 6 meters from their goal. The referee decides.
- 👟 **Kick-ins:** If the ball crosses the touchline, it must be kicked in (no throw-ins allowed). Opponents must keep a 5-meter distance. You cannot score a goal directly from a kick-in.
- 🎯 **Free Kicks:** All free kicks are direct.
- 🥅 **Penalties:** Penalty kicks are taken from a distance of 9 meters.
- 🏁 **Offside:** There is absolutely no use of the offside rule.



### ⚠️ Fair Play & Discipline



- 🛑 **Tackles:** Slidings and hard tackles are strictly forbidden! Keep it safe.
- 🟨 **Discipline:** In case of unsportsmanlike conduct, the referee has the option to temporarily exclude a player for 5 minutes.
- 🧑‍⚖️ **The Official Rule:** The referee is always right. Respect the officials. Referees will pass on all final results to the floor managers present at each pitch.



### 📋 Organization & Logistics



- 🤝 **Referee Support:** If there are not enough organization referees available, each men's team is obliged to provide a referee for a maximum of 3 matches in another group during the group stage.
- ⚽ **Match Balls:** Each team must provide a well-pumped football. The home team provides the actual match ball.
- 🦺 **Gear:** Shin guards are not mandatory but are highly recommended.
- 📜 **Agreement:** By participating, every player automatically agrees to all match rules. Collaboration, respect, and fun are always at the core of our matches.
- 💡 **Final Word:** In case of any unforeseen circumstances, the match organization decisions will be final.
